Mu-ultra Health Foundation (MHF) is a registered women-led non-profit community-based organization. Established in 2021 with URSB registration no. 80034964948608, MHF emerged in response to the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our mission is to support marginalized key population groups, specifically women and youths, in the districts of Wakiso, Hoima, and Bugiri, which were severely impacted socially and economically by the pandemic.

MHF’s mandate centers on four core program areas:

  1. Primary Health Care
  2. Human Rights Awareness and Promotion
  3. Economic Empowerment
  4. Environmental Conservation and Natural Resource Management
Support Our Cause

MHF's Objectives

  1. To promote awareness and good governance in sexual reproductive health, improved maternal child health services and good nutrition.
  2. To promote awareness and strengthens approaches that break the barriers that limit access to comprehensive HIV/AIDS care services by the most at risk marginalized women and youths.
  3. To integrate HIV and mental health programmes for social protection of people living with HIV and other vulnerable populations.
  4. To advocate and support programmes that address to protect and the promotes rights of key population communities of women and youth
  5. To improve the general health conditions of women and vulnerable youth through increased access to clean and safe water, good hygiene practices and sanitation facilities since they are the primary beneficiary users affected most.
  6. To improve livelihoods by combining financial and technical assistance to rural women and youth through skills empowerment and training programs.
  7. To promote and support programmes that protect to sustain the natural environment and resources.
